Returns

You can return products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please ensure the items are in their original condition and include all accessories.

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

The best way to change your order is to contact our support. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

Shipping

We offer fast delivery within 1-2 business days in Switzerland after our team processes your order. We ship through Swiss Post. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the carrier’s website to track your order’s status.

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps.
